§1 Payment Methods
- §1.1 We accept the following payment methods: Blik, Transfer, PaySafeCard, PayPal.
- §1.2 Accepted currencies: Euro, US dollar, PLN.
§2 Payment Rules
- §2.1 All payments for products and services are irreversible.
- §2.2 Payment verification may take up to 3 business days.
- §2.3 In the case of PayPal payments, funds must be sent in the F&F (Friends & Family) mode.
- §2.4 In the case of PaySafeCard payments, an additional fee of 20% of the order value is charged.
- §2.5 When making a purchase, the customer waives the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days.
- §2.6 Payments are accepted exclusively by Czleku Clothes Management.
- §2.7 Before making a payment, the customer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the prices, conditions and description of the product or service.
- §2.8 After receiving the payment, we provide access to the product or service to the extent possible.
- §2.9 Payment in advance for the product or service is required.
- §2.10 When placing an order, the Buyer is informed about the expected order processing time, which may be up to 7 business days. The order may be extended for a maximum of 14 business days without prior notice.
§3 Product Rules
- §3.1 Making a purchase constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions and a commitment to pay for the product in advance.
- §3.2 All product prices are expressed in Euro, US Dollars and PLN.
§4 Access to the Product
- §4.1 Only the Buyer and the Seller are entitled to use the product.
- §4.2 Unauthorized distribution of the product will result in legal action under Article 78 of the Copyright and Related Rights Act regarding copyright infringement in digital form.
- §4.2 The Seller stores the order for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. After this time, the Buyer is required to store the files themselves.
- §4.4 After 30 days from the date of purchase, if the files are lost, we will not resend them.
